Wt to the Website yesterday and it appears that all of the Battlefield line was pulled. Wonder id Stuart was just working on updating things or if all of the Battlefield figure line is left just leaving the newer Blitz figures. Anyone know anything? |

Most of the old ranges have ceased to be!! Apparently the moulds were shot
Having said that, I got some from him not too long before the radical shake-up and the figures were all fine. I believe he has about 200 new figures that have been mastered for him, and has had them a good while, but very little movement on the release front. Lots of lovely figures that disappeared overnight without any warning. Damned shame! |

Correction!! Just been the the Battlefield site and it only shows the Blitz range
It looks like the whole " Battlefield " catalogue has now gone!!! I can't believe it. All those ace figures down the swanee
. The new Americans are now listed with pics in the Blitz range. |

Yes, this is the biggest tragedy for 20mm fans. Really a shame that this could happen. Though it is a great way to release an entire new range of figures when the old has been out for 20 years or more

I agree: he can do whatever he wants with the business--it's his. However, from a customer viewpoint, I would have liked to have been told that all my favorite figs were being deep-sixed. Getting no warning left me with bad gaps in my collection. Besides, even if you don't care about your loyal customers, there's the money angle: if he had announced all those great Battlefield ranges were going down, I would have ordered hundreds, and so would a lot of others I suspect. Sadly, if the exquisite but very limited Blitz ranges don't do it for you, you have to look elsewhere now for good 20mm WWII. Once again, there was zero notice. :-) Please keep us posted with anything you find out. |

Still looks like some of the Germans are missing and the Fuhrer's Firemen comes up page lost. I think that Stuart probably needs to make another correction to get everything back to where it should be. But at least it appears that the battlefield miniature side still exist. |

Horrock , Try Axal Miniatures sold by R H Models. The figure line is quite good. I have some of his Italians, Belgians and Hungarians and they work quite well with Battlefield and FAA lines. |

Kellys Heroes Italians are nice. Also Lancashire Games Italians. Glad to see at least some of the Battlefield range is still in production. |

Viking yes I have some of them thanks and also the Kelly's Heroes figs and they all mix in well. Sadly now I have the RF Desert Book the old need v wants scenario is going back and forth inside my head and I feel I need some Battlefield Italians, especially the engineers to complete some units. |

yes many great figures in the battlefield range although it has been getting pruned and replaced by blitz for sometime now |

Unfortunately, Stuart does not have any intention of redoing the Italians or the Belgians. FAA does have some Italian engineers. Perhaps Rolfe might add the engineers eventually but he has a lot on his plate as the Slovkian infantry mold need to be redone. Perhaps Kelly's Heroes might add the Italian figures that you need. I feel your pain as I also was starting to pick up more of the Italian and Belgian figures when puff they were no more.I guess that perhaps its a good ideato buy extra figures and put them aside for occasion like when the dropping of so many Battlefield figures happens. |

OK, I looked at the BF site, and yes, many of the Battlefield ranges are back. Sadly, my favorites appear to be gone forever. The ones that are there are worth a look though, assuming they are what you need. |
