I've added another battle report to my blog. It's set in the background history to the King Magnus War campaign. A few years after Harald has won at Stamford Bridge, William attacks him in an attempt to gain control of the North. He is met near the village of Navenby on the Ermine Street, just south of Lincoln:

Yes, the dice certainly wanted to see the Normans lose, and they covered for a pretty poor set up. Can't say I was sorry, though!
