Did Wurttemburg have a grenadier company along with its musketeer companies to make a line battalion? If it did, who makes Wurttenburg line grenadiers in 15mm? |

In 1806 >> 6 battalions of musketeers, 1807 >> 7 bat, 1811>> 8 bat. Each bat being one regiment. 1 grenadierbattalion being guard. In 15 mmm my guess would be Old Glory, but I doubt anybody making them. |

The Wurttemburgers did not have grenadier companies in their regiments, they did however have 1 single Leib company in each regiment found in the 1st btln only as follows: Wurttemberg Line regiment 1st btln 1xLeib company 3xmusketeer companies 2nd btln 4xmusketeer companies If the regiment consisted of a single btln the btln would be : 1st btln 1xLeib company 3xmusketeer companies
This was pretty much standard for the entire period.

Firing Line miniatures make Wurtemburg miniatures in 28MM. Come with separate heads. Horses are excellent and they make a mounted colonel. Excellent figure sold by Bicorne UK. They've been around a while and its a shame they don't get more exposure. |

AB makes Wurttemberg figures--line infantry (musketeers – march attack, officer, standard bearer, drummer, and mounted officer), jaegers (Jaeger – marching and skirmishing, officer, hornist), light infantry (fusilier – march attack and skirmishing, officer, drummer), artillery (foot and horse crews), and 1st and 2nd chevaulegers (appropriate troopers, trumpeters, and officers for both regiments). |

My first Wurtemburg 15mm came from jacobite. the only issue was with weak ankles. |

pbishop12: Here you go, 28mm Wurtemburg infantry and artillery. I agree, they don't get the exposure they deserve. garagegamer.blogspot.com |
