A very good book. Thought about this story in it today and it brought a chuckle. I will paraphrase, the author, Daniel Gallery was attached to the Royal Navy. He got tired of seeing all the memos signed and then having acronyms behind their names i.e MBE (Member of the British Empire). So Gallery started putting D.D.L.M. behind his name. Finally someone asked what DDLM stood foe and he replied, DAN DAN the Lavatory Man. It really is a great book and funny too. Was setting pavers today and this made the job a bit easier.
