Or in any other jungle setting really. I can't seem to find any reliable images of that period.

Also, does anyone produce anything like it for 15mm gaming?

Thanks.

Bell tents or A-frame tents from an ACW line should do the trick. Of course you need an open sided marquis over a table for them to have tea at while sorting and labelling their specimens.

How about:

Excellent, guys!

Thanks so much.

I guess now I have to look for something like them in 15mm.

Cardstock (or, since it's in 15mm, plain old typing paper) and a scissors and you'll have all the tents you'll need.

I worked out a 15mm bell tent (the pointy octagon design) and posted it to one of the colonial yahoogroups, I can look for the file this evening if you want.

Stone Mountain make three types of ACW tents that might work (I have not seen them in person).

The "Sibley Conical Tent" they make looks a bit like the third picture posted by A. Beasley.

Here's my conical tent pattern, scaled for 28mm(sorry, print half-sized and you're golden):

Score (or just fold) along the lines, fold the flaps around the edge in a bit then glue the rectangular strip over them (that makes the straight lower sidewall).
