The guys at View from the Turret have posted a review of Clash of Dreadnoughts: link The reviewed the 1.0 version of the game and thus still references the old turning rules. Plus they didn't notice the optional initiative system movement rules. I've sent them a note about both issues in case they feel like editing. In any case, for those of you looking for some more information on the system, here's an independent place to get it. We'll be releasing Battleship Row soon so we'll take some of their comments into account. |

Say, I have version 1.1 what mod is it up to now? Is 1.1 the "current" version? |

It is for the next couple weeks. We're going to be releasing version 1.2 here shortly. It will include a couple cosmetic and typographical updates, and a two minor shooting modifier additions for unusual circumstances. Nothing in the newest version will be incompatible with what you have today. You can rely on continuing support from Steel Dreadnought Games for our product lines. If you did not indicate otherwise on your wargamevault account, you are automatically notified every time the version is updated – and can always download the latest version for free. In response to the comments in this review, we will also be releasing a couple scenarios as a free download for Clash of Dreadnoughts in the near future. |
