Folks! This looks damn good. Check out these miniatures. Getting all damp looking at them. link The game will use an I-pod or computer to resolve combat thus speeding up (perhaps doing away with?) calculation and enabling detail to be piled on without bogging down the game. I am not too sure myself about the 'feel' of computer-aided tabletop gaming but it is certainly worth a look. Purists may howl with indignation but the future is on its way. Certainly worth considering. I am keeping my eyes open for developing news on this one. (BTW- if someone has posted this already: sorry, but nothing on "Ex Illis" turned up on the search.) |

Wow. I'm not generally one for computer-moderated rules, but honestly, this sounds genuinely neat. I really love the levelling aspect, in particular- I love campaign games where figures progress. Thanks! I'll be keeping my eye on this, as well! - Monk |
