Not wanting to start an anti-GW rant thread, but looking for some help resolving an order issue. Has anyone else ordered direct from GW, not received everything, and not either gotten a backorder delivery or refund? |

Have you tried contacting them directly about the order? They have a pretty good reputation of settling problems with orders. Just make sure to provide all relevant information that helps in identifying the order. |

Contact or call them direct – they are good guys and should work it out with you. |

I had a problem with a shipment once and I called and they sent me a replacement item out the next day. Just remember all that extra cabbage you spend on GW goes towards REALLY good customer service. |

I can't say that I like their pricing, but GW does have good cust service, so call! |

I have to agree that GW customer service is AAA++++ they messed up a bits order I made and I received 3 command packs and 3 heavy weapons teams of Imperial Guard for my troubles and they didn't mind that I wanted Praetorians as well |

Today, after a 48 days, I finally received my refund from GW for an item that was not shipped. My hat is off to John R. at GW's customer service for expediting my refund through their accounting department! |
