Any one have any links to pics of the Irregular Miniatures 6mm goblins please ? They are the GOx and LEGx codes (Goblins and lesser goblins). I just wanted to see if they were suitable for mixing in with a load of Baccus goblins i have…..i need some archers ! cheers |

I tried the same thing for the same reason & frankly I found the Irregular Goblins looked horrible! Oddly enough I was bugging Peter at Baccus last night about making some Goblin Archers over emails. It ended with me teasing him (after he confessed to be under the weather with a summer cold & lot's of sinus congestion) that there is an old American saying "When Life gives you snot, make Snotlings!" thanks for the pics. They look pretty much what i was expecting – lumpy /sigh. Its a shame Peter at Baccus didnt get around to adding archers to his goblin line. The problem i have is i am (after several years !) finally finishing off a couple of smallish warmaster armies of around 1200 points each.
I have a 6mm Goblin army with plenty of hordes (24 figures a base / 72 figures a unit) and boar/wolf riders, with odd units of trolls, heavy orc, and chariots.
But nothing that looks remotely like a "ranged" unit apart from a couple of heavy artillery stone lobbers. |

Ive found that some of the irregular 6mm fantasy paints up really nicely despite its lumpy appearance. It may be worth using their 6mm orc archers instead as they are nicely done and paint up well! |

Yeah, I actually have painted up both the Orc and Goblin armyn packs from Irregular. I like both of them. Baccus is great! But I wouldn't throw away my Irregular. Thanks, John |

@Pole – pretty nice…i remember seeing your stuff in a few other threads, any idea when you might be releasing them ? In the meantime I'm going to get a few of the irregular goblins and orcs, stick a bit of paint on and see what i think !
I can always change them later on. |
