Oh, oh. Alot of separate arms/muskets, but the poses are fine. And the inaccurate standard-bearer can be used to make an accurate standard-bearer for III/15 Guards. (Or if you don't paint the lapels, a standard-bearer for IR6 Guard Grenadiers.)

Well, the flag seems to be separate, if I interpret the small picture of the sprue correctly, so you might also be able to use him as another sergeant.

You could easily do a head swap on the grenadier flag bearer, I would think. They look like nice figures.

Assume that these are soft plastic?

Yes, dbf1676. (Unfortunately.)

Zvezda plastic is at the hard end of the soft plastic range and doesn't flex much.

These are 1:72, right?

Why 9 kneeling firing figures and only 6 standing firing? Even with the 3 loading figures, they are still out of kilter with a three-rank firing line.

Otherwise look like an interesting set. I wonder if their future opponents will be Russian, rather than Austrian?

For some reason this is typical of Zvezda. Both the Swedes and Russians in the GNW range have odd proportions. And the Swedes have no kneeling figures while the Russians have two different ones (6 each) but only have 6 2nd rank and 3 3rd rank figures. And the Swedes have two different advancing figures with different bayonets, but both are carrying their muskets perfectly level and, because of the casting process, straight ahead. This makes it very difficult to do multiple ranks of them. I've written Zvezda about this, but it doesn't seem to have done any good, but I did get an answer thanking me for buying their figures.

well, they are toys.

But at the price, I tend not to worry too much if I have to buy multiple boxes. whilst I can dream of them being as wargames friendly as HaT, I accept it as a price of plastic soldiers.

Perhaps the number of poses is made for their own wargamimg rules…
Do you know them ? They are included into their 'campaign' boxes with all stuff to re-do a battle.
They seem quiet good.
