I've always found it "inspiring?" to looks at pictures before running any type of game to put me in the "right" frame of mind. Works like Frank Frazetta, Rodger Dean, Boris, etc… just fires up my imagination something fearful.

Since I'm going to be running another PA game this weekend I did some scouring around with Google and found some, IMHO, cool PA pics.

Cool looking. Not so nice places to visit, but I'd sure not want to live there.

Those are some pretty cool pictures. Always nice for inspiring some terrain building ideas.

The artist that did the London and New York images also has a Chicago one, I will look and see if I can find it

I'd like to see that one, Grumpy Smurf.

There seem to be a lot more pics than I first imagined. All are great for mood and scenery ideas.

The ???? link was broken, or pic taken down. But yes, those are great inspiration for terrain.

The online superhero game "City of Heroes/City of Villains" had some cool urban landscapes. Flooded cities, giant rusted industrial complexes, decaying docklands. One image I keep meaning to model was a burning car…in a tree!

It's the real post-apocalyptic deal.
