Eric Hotz has kindly provided me with an advance copy of his Roman Seas rules designed to accompany his line of 1/300 paper ship models. I will be using Eric's rules and models for my Roman Naval game at Historicon this week (S-729 – Rule Britannia! – English Channel, 289 AD. Sat. 1 PM). The Roman Seas rules have been well received at West coast conventions were Eric has been hosted games.

For pictures of the 1/300 Roman Seas ships in action last year, go to link .

Sounds like a name for a set of Ancient Naval Rules!
