These are particularly stunning in the quality of the paint job for such tiny figures. Huzzah for Andy Mac for yet another job well done!

Well done! Are those Pendraken or Starfort? I cannot ID them from the pics.

They are well painted and photographed.

I like the casualty figure on the base. Poor fellow will never be at rest!

It's worth mentioning too that your site, Scott, is a good one to bookmark.

Very nice! I too would like to know which manufacturer?

Great job – the 9th VA is one of my favourite Southern units, in at the start and a hard-fighting member of the Army of Northern Virginia to the bitter end

I painted up the 9th VA for a friend last year, but my 28mm seem less detailed than your 10s!

Beautiful work.

Hi all, many thanks for the comments and to you Scott for posting this. The figures are from Minifigs though I mix in command figures from Pendraken. I have had to do the odd head swap on my Iron Brigade figures to allow me to get Harde hats on frock coated command.

I've just completed a 10mm AWI unit, the 3rd New York along with supporting artillery from Lamb's Artillery. I am currently working on another 10mm ACW unit, this time the 2nd Virginia in firing line(mid war).

I'll send images to Scott when finished and post a link on TMP.

Meanwhile if you want to check out some more of my 10mm including figures from the ECW and Napoleonic period, here's a link

All the best

Head swaps on 10mm? I was already impressed with the painting.

Really inspiring stuff and it has solved my dilemna as to what 10mm manufacturer to go with for my first foray into ACW.

Very nice. Thank you for helping to realistically represent in miniature the Confederate uniform as they wore them: not all hodge-podge, but with variations of the same while maintaining a similar look. That this was done in 10mm is even more commendable!
