Subject: Hansa Brandenburg W-29 Manufacture: Reviresco tin-soldier.com Scale: 1/144 Medium: White Metal Price (webstore): $12.00 USD The kit consists of numerous bits & pieces. The pieces went together well and required minimal trimming and filing. I used superglue to assemble the model and gap-filling superglue to fill small spaces between parts. The camouflage pattern is from a set of decals available from Reviresco. The rest of the decals are from I-94 Enterprises. The kit comes with a metal propeller but I decided to try my hand at creating a spinning disc with a recently acquired (Father's day) 3/4" punch. Recommendation: Nice little kit. Assembly of the support structure for the floats was a bit interesting and may be a bit of a challenge for a beginner. Kevin picture picture picture |

These are beauts. I loved the look on my opponents face when I put one on the table when we were playing WoW. Nice job as always! |

A very good looking model. I was a bit worried about the disc instead of the prop, but it looks just great on this plane. Did you make it slightly opaque to give the impression of the solid prop, or did it just come out that way in the photo? Anyway, full marks for a splendid job. I must investigate this manufacturer further. |

Thanks for the compliments. Sweet William, I thought about buffing the disc with a scratch pad just to give the impression of a whirling blade but didn't. I may experiment with that idea in the future though. |
