what really annoys me is not just that they charge you outrageously high prices for a lousy service, but that on top of that they take the : they claimed there was no price increase since 2003 (as if a 10% price rise a year was perfectly normal!) and that is simply a lie. I arrived in 2005, compiled shipping prices based on current charges and less than six month later (early 2006) had to redo it all as there was a similar absolutely gratuitous out of the blue price increase of some 80-120% I was shocked back than but must admit I really didn't expect they had the s of doing it again so soon
All the while boasting that they have made huge profit for 7 consecutive years now
I wish them to have to spend it all in laxatives. cheers Claudio |

The UK postal service it seems is not as bad as thought after all. |

It doesn't,although we moan about the UK postal service it's still one of the best in the world. There are still lots of postal services where the only way of getting your post is to collect it. |

Bongolesia's Postal Service has recently claimed and proudly claimed a 4% increase in letter delivery. (Packages are another matter)

Everything is going in this direction – they give you less service, less time and you pay more money
Seems the small guy is hurting all over the world. I am really wondering what this is going to look like when the dust settles

Claudio needs to move production (not design) to an Asian labor pool. Perhaps a cooperative effort with one of the South Asian painting groups would prove mutually beneficial? Oggie |

move production (not design) to an Asian labor pool
because it did Battlefront's quality control a whole world of good ;-) |

I take that BF remark personally! |

Oh, are you the person who inflicted twenty-seven separate errors in only twenty-two packs and boxes of Malaysian-produced BF items I purchased last fall? That's not counting a company boxed set, which was packed by INA08, if you're interested. In that set, about 10% of the figures had incompletely cast weapons. I'm painting it to sell, and replaced most of the figures with spares anyway, so I'm not so concerned. But that's a pretty pathetic error rate. Allen |

TOUCHE! It seems cheap and quality are incompatible. A bit of a concern for me since I'm about to get some BF stuff. I didn't know there was an issue with quality control. |

There isn't, if you read the posts from numerous poeple on the Flames of War forum who tell about the thousands of packs they've bought with no problems. Then there are a few like me. I suspect my problem has been that I actually look at the miniatures. Allen |

No, I just joined them, actually. But I'll keep that in mind! |

Claudio – try a courier service like Aramex. I get a 60% discount. It could work out cheaper than post and they collect (at least for me) |
