OK, so I am going to be uusing Victrix for my Song Of Drums And Shakos forces,a nd I was wondering if anyone could tell me which of the following mixed best with them size-wise. My choices are Dixon, Elite, Foundry, and Perry. Thank you for any and all commentary. |

Woah- I think I am confused by such a diagram. What was conclusion of compatability with Perry/Victrix? As in which ones will go well? Cheers James |

My personal opinion is that Companion, Eagle, Front Rank, Victrix and Elite all go together. If you scroll down, there is a picture illustrating this. The diagram is a little on the large size -- I haven't worked out how to make it smallerer yet. |

I am considering a purchase from Steve Baber models. Any suggestions as to how they would fit into the mix? |

Steve Barber Naps have enormously disproportionate heads. Did you ever see The Mekon in Dan Dare comic? I'd say they wouldn't fit with any of the above |

i dont agree front rank mix with perry. Not the russians anyway. Much more chunky. fun to paint though |

Thank you all for the help (especially Katie!) I will be ordering my initial British and French plastics by Victrix probably next weekend. Once I have a few basic infantry games under my belt, I will be expanding into some cavalry. Thaks again! |

Steve Barber figures are really nice, but sadly they're noticeably shorter than the Front Rank – Victrix styles. They look like the drummer boys in comparison. It's a real pity, actually, because SB has some nice characterful sculpts. There may be better results mixing the slightly smaller, more slender figures (Foundry, say) with SB. |
