Anyone know of any company that is making this kit?

Closest I've found is Model Powers' 1/150 diecast model of the aircraft link

That model is clearly marked 1/100 on the front of the box, but it's much closer to Wyatt's 1/150.

I have that and it's definitely closer to 1/150 than to 1/100. Way too small to use next to 15mm figures, IMO.

I'm looking for one, too.

Geoff?

I think there's one planned, but it'll be way over budget and several years late…. ;-)

Dom.

PS – Yep, 1/150 for the model power one; for some reason the whole range is billed as a nominal 1/100 scale, but they have the true scale on the right hand side of each model's stand.
