I recently placed a first-time order with Brandon at Rattlehead Games. I had heard a great deal about what great service Brandon and company provide, but my experience far exceeded my expectations. He is a top-notch fellow, and I was extremely happy with every aspect of my experience.

First, his selection gave me access to just what I needed at really reasonable prices. I had some questions about the items before I placed the order, and Brandon answered all of them immediately. I don't mean later in the day. I mean immediatey, as in I had barely pressed the send button when I got a response!

In a addition to being a great guy, Brandon is an excellent communicator and let me know what was happening with my order at each step of the way. There was a very minor delay because some items were out of stock, and he kept me fully informed until the backordered items were received and my order was shipped. That would be great service enough, but during this whole time Brandon was fighting a nasty flu bug to boot. The man obivously has a fusion power core!wink

Finally, in a follow up email I inquired about price rises on certain items. He wrote me back with a very thorough explanation-actually more info than I could find on the manufacturer site.

In short, I am a wholehearted convert to Rattlehead Games for my minaturoholic needs, and I heartily recommend Rattlhead to all the fine folk on TMP who have not yet had the pleasure.

I agree with Jason, Brandon is a stand up guy with great service. The best part is communications. When I placed an order and he was going to be short a few items he imediately contacted me and asked how I wanted to handle the missing items. When dealing with him you feel like he takes individual care of his customers and that he really wants to make sure you are happy and have a great experience.
