I am looking for figures that would suit as bugbears for one of my 6mm armies. I envisage something vaguely D&D bugbear-ish in appearance (giant humanoid with lots of matted fur) but have not managed to identify anything suitable yet. Any suggestions? |

The only things I can think of are Pendraken Beastmen link Or greeneyedmins toleros picture Maybe with a bit of conversion work? Both are on the large side, about 10mm to the eye, but bugbears are larger than man-sized, no? |

Thanks for that. I was not sure how tall the Pendraken beastmen were and they look a bit Broo-like for my tastes. I had never even heard of Green-Eyed Minis. Their Toleros may well be close enough to what I want, although I shall be interested to see if other suggestions come in too. 10mm to the eye would probably make them close to twice the height of a normal human in 6mm. I think I can cope with that. Bugbears are meant to be large. As long as they are not larger than my giants that will be fine. |
