I want to read the Nicomachean Ethics. I am too lazy, so I want to listen to an audio one. I am also cheap, so I want to find a free version. Project Gutenburg doesn't seem to have it.

Help?

I have nothing useful to contribute here, but have to comment on your admirable honesty. Your subject title could probably be applied to a dozen posts a day on here, yet I've never seen it used before….

Only a dozen?

But yes, such honesty is refreshing!

Only a dozen?

Perhaps he was just referring to the Ancient Discussion board.

Sorry for taking so long to reply. I had to work up sufficient energy to type this.

Better yet, wait for the movie!
I read it once, which was pretty much enough for this lifetime. Aristotle takes various things--qualities, IIRC--defines them, and then tells us what a shortage of that quality is, and what an excess of the quality would be. For example, a shortage of courage is cowardice. This one sticks in my mind because he said there was no word for an excess of courage. Living in a totally different age, "foolhardiness," "undisciplined" and "dead" come immediately to my mind.

You must be excessively lazy….

I selected 'Nicomachean Ethics'; right mouse button 'google search Nicomachean Ethics' –

The first hit was an online version. It took less time than typing this reply.
