Howdy-do: Has anyone tried this line of inks? I have seen them in a reputable craft store (Yuzawaya) here in Japan but I don't know if they would be suitable for painting miniatures. Care to share your experience?

Thanks!

I've used their inks for years and years now. Very good stuff. No experience with the acrylics though.

I use the inks for washes and (thinned) dipping. They are good at what they do, but shake thoroughly and thin the dark colors a lot. A little black goes a very long way.

I've been using the inks for nearly 20 years now, upon a recommendation by Jay Wirth before he made his own, and have always liked them-

You guys use these on miniatures? Wow, I used to airbrush using the inks. I never thought to use them on minis. I probably still have my box of them somewhere…

Thanks for the info. I will get a few inks and give them a try. The shaking and thinning tips are very useful. :}
