Anyone who's read my recent reviews of the zombie mobs from relative UK newcomers Studio Miniatures knows how much I think of their work, and a lot of people seem to share my appreciation for their products. Well, I dropped them a note and managed to arrange an e-mail Q&A with the lads behind the scenes. I was working on my list of interview questions when it occurred to me that I might as well ask for contributions from the TMP community. I can't promise every question will make the final list or that the Studio guys will answer all of them. Anybody with an interesting question related to the company or its minis feel free to chime in with a reply. Let's try to keep them relatively sensible, please
Deadline is at noon GMT Friday, July 3rd, so get crackin'! |

I know you'll be asking what's coming up next, and we all want to know that one. I'd like to know the name of the person doing their fantastic sculpts – the guy (gal?) deserves a medal. Oh, and thanks, John, for giving us the chance to participate. Great idea! Will you be publishing the results on your blog site? |

Yeah, the final result will be an article for the Screaming Alpha. If it's well-received I'm thinking of doing a series. We'll see how this one goes. |

My questions would be, first are they planning on crafting some survivor figures to compliment the zombies. Secondly do they plan US distribution in the near future. |

My questions are – Where do they get their inspiration from? How many different zombie sculpts are they planning in the future?
..and yes, I will order every one! |

Are they still planning an additional 4 zombie mobs as mentioned on others forums? Any hints of upcoming special zombies like the zombie chicken? Who did they use to paint the first two zombie mobs? Wonderful job! When can we expect more zombies? When will more greens appear in the gallery section? Who is the sculptor of the zombie range? Thats all I can think of for now! Thanks! Darkoath |

Thanks for the questions, folks. I'll be typing up the final list and getting off to Studio this evening. When the article's done I will of course post a link here. Thanks again. |
