Ged, Here are the items that I have by Forthoffer I have had most of the plates and text bound into hard back volumes can you be specific on what info you require if I can scan it without damaging the plates I certainly will do so. FORTHOFFER R. – Fiche Documentaire, Plates and text bound in two volumes.
