I have started painting 15mm Old Glory Seven Years War figures for my western theater campaign. There are pictures at my blog, feel free to comment.

You should field the 15mm general with your 28mm Allied army and say that he's the (fictional) Duke's young son witnessing his first battle.

Nice job!

They have an excellent campaign look and will you do you much glory sire!

Are you planning on using Koenig Krieg – the basing looks like it suits the rules.

Cheers

Nice start.

I would not be too put out painting so many white coats. You do have the occassional red, blue or yellow coated regiment. Of my 22 French battalions, eight have either red or blue coats. Add the cavalry uniforms and your white coated infantry will seem a minority.

Cheers,

I have based them old school 3/4" x 1" like napoleons battles I believe the basing will work for the Fire and Fury varient Age of Honor, Koenig Krieg, Piquet field of battle and Might and Reason (grouping some bases together) I like the way the two ranks looks and since old glory will sale packs of just regular infantry without the command I can always bulk up the units. I am using my imagination Cavenderians as allies of the french so I can mix in several colors and avoid white-out, however I want to eventually paint up the german, swiss and irish regiments as well as the Hanovarians, british etc. I will probably put off buying Koenig Krieg until after purchasing the Savory Book on the western theater, limited funds you know but I am looking forward to reading those rules.
