I'm looking to add Spanish government troops to my pirate wargaming. My group will be starting a GW Legends otHS campaign and I would like to add a group of Spanish for NPC opposition forces. It also looks like we will be placing an order with Old Glory and splitting up a few pirate packs. Does OG have figs that would work? |

If you are going basically historical with the "GOlden Age of Piracy -Early 1700's" Then generic Marlborough era infantry with white to light grey coats would work. link For a more Hollywood/Drake era you could go with Wars of Religion link These guys would be the standard Morion helmed guys |

I used Foundry Marlburians for my Spanish. I also have some Old Glory Marlburians for other uses, but they would work fine too. |

Sounds like a good choice, since everyone in the Caribbean was worried about them attacking their bases, forts, islands, at some time or another. They are also a good choice for defending a fort, or an island as well. |

I went with the armoured type. |
