Hello Everyone,

This week I have been mostly trawling the internet looking for free gaming resources and useful sites. I've made a bit of a list on my blog ( link ) and would appreciate any comments or advice on other excellent sites!

Cheers

You could add these as well, also free.

Dave,

Great idea for the source list! You already put up my fav from GZG.

My site has some free downloads for tactical gaming if that might help some frugal gamers:

freewebs.com/heavymetaldrake

Also the yahoo solowargamersgroup is a good source for frugal gaming as well.

Thanks Drake, looks good!

"Ground Zero Games provide free downloads for their Full Thrust, Dirtside and Stargrunt rules, [snip] all linked by being set in the same universe at different scales."

Perhaps you should make it clear in your list that the GZG universe in these rules is purely optional!

My site:

miniaturewargaming.com

lists a new free rules set or free wargames resource (paper figures, painting guides, information, et. al. ) every day. It's been running now for five years and there now are 3,760 different free resources listed. They're all categorized, and the entire site is searchable.

Thanks Guys, I'll add all these to the site at the end of the week.

Keep 'em coming!
