I was looking for info on the M113 AVLB (armored vehicle launched bridge) and a company called I-Corps out of Wisconsin did a resin conversion kit back in 1995. Any idea on the scale and where I could find one? |

Huh? I've never heard of that, and I was a combat engineer for six years. Was that an Israeli innovation, or a Vietnam thing, maybe? |

Glad someone knows as I didn't. Asking for a friend. |

The vehicle was made only for Vietnam and was called a "Marginal Terrain Bridge" or "Porta Bridge". If you have access to a copy od Shelby Stanton's "Vietnam Order of Battle" there's a picture one on page 308 |

I had a book (Squadron M113 in Action) that mentions the M113 bridge but I'm can't find it right now. If you scroll down at this link you can see the B&W picture of it: link It looks like someone asked the same question on Finescale Modeller and got some useful info: link Hope this helps. |
