Is anyone else playing this? We should make a TMP Alliance and make a huge army. Crush all in our path! |

I don't, I play Mouse Hunt and Ghost Trappers, everything else seems to be a ponsi scheme to me. Good luck to you though. D~ |

Could you explain what Castle Age is? I am somewhat leery of getting involved in Facebook-related activities, but if it is wargaming-related, that may be a different story. |

"everything else seems to be a ponsi scheme to me" Haven't tripped over anything quite that bad, but quite a few of the "collection games" (using the term loosely) seem to subscribe to the "Devil's Dictionary" definition of 'advertising' ("The art of arresting a person's attention long enough to extract money from it"). |

It's not so much as a RPG and not quite so much a boardgame. It is addicting though. You DO NOT have to buy anything to play. However to get the really cool advances you do. I've been playing for a few days and haven't been asked or required to pay anything yet. |

Dabbling in it now. Pretty pictures, occasionally interesting hints of setting. The gameplay hits you over the head with "recruit your friends!" even more than usual, though, so my time with Castle Age will be short. |
