Hi there,

How do the Battle Honour 25-mm 1859/1870 French look? I overlooked them on the Old Glory 15's website. It would be a lot easy for me to order my infantry and artillery from BH and then fill in my cavalry from Foundry. Just curious if someone has done that. However, I'm also tempted to go with Helion Prussians and Foundry Bavarians (but the prices on Foundry are just like GW).

I have a Saxon Dvision (TDfG) and 2 Arty Pieces from BH, they are nice, true 25mm. They are slimmer than Foundry, but sit ok on the wargames table in different units side by side. Not sure what the French are like.

Helion Prussians are superb, but only Uhlans available for cavalry. The fiddly part with the bavarians is fixing a plume on the helmet for the Jagers!

Tally Ho!

My BH Austians are very nice but they are on the small side.
