Ok, I really hate to add on to this already lengthy thread, but……

I just received my copy, and hope to get into it this evening. Five and half pages of bibliography classed as primary, secondary, and consulted works. Copiously notated, though I really wish they would have went the footnoting route. It's been a few years, but I thought the convention in historical works was to footnote?

Ahh well, a minor personal annoyance, I am looking forward to a good read nonetheless.
