Starting to paint modern Arab Israeli forces for 60 – 80's and was wondering what others use for uniform colors. I use Vallejo, but would be interested to hear what others use. |

Doing the same project. Base coated all my Syrians with Army Painter Spray Army Green. Drybrushed up from there. For uniforms I drybrushed Reaper Master Series olive green, then olive mixed with light gray to shade to green drab. Went back over the helmets with Ivy Green. For the Israeli's, Army Painter Spray Skeleton Bone for armor, then washed with brown ink and drybrushed with Reaper desert khaki. Israeli infantry was sprayed with Model Master Olive Drab, then drybrushed with Reaper Master Series olive green. |
