The concluding report is now in. I liked playing this game very much. You don't often get to play a wargame where one side fields an entirely cavalry force. I fielded the 10,000 or so Saracen cavalry at a scale of 1:40 and, if I say so myself, it did have a powerful look about it.

The report and pics of the Perry stuff I used can be found here:

Always a pleasure to read your reports and see your figures in action.

Most of all I admire your discipline in getting the armies done and dusted. Terrain looks good and sets the scene well.

Cheers

Figures, flags, basing and terrain all look incredible, as usual.

Good thing about the internet, even though you're playing solo, we all get at least a little taste of the fun. Still, I do wish I was your neighbor!

Great photos and report, just bought the mag. with the rules and plan to play them with my early crusaders against my friend's evil syrians!

Brilliant! Inspiring….

What else can I say?

Cheers,

Darrell.
