It took a few years, but I finally managed to get at least one of each kind of Marder in 20mm, 1/72 or 1/76: picture Bottom left: Marder I on Lorraine hull Marder I on FCM36 hull Marder I on R35 hull Middle Left: Marder II on f hull Marder II on d hull Top Left: Marder IIIh Marder IIIm SdKfz 139 OK, the 139 isn't technically a Marder, but it fits the bill too well not to be on the list. |

Marder SdKfz139 is based on a Pz-38T chassis (Czech) converted by the Germans. |

I think Classic Armor Diecast has some 139's out. These are the ones found at Toys R Us. 21st Century Toys is closing its doors. There seems to be a string here that hints the Classic Armor diecast stuff is part of 21st Century Toys. I don't know. Only thing left on the local shelves (TRU)are the 1:48 Pz 38t's and a few Mk IVD's. Been about a year since anything new was available. |
