Looking for a few Green devil crews but my search has been pretty unsuccessful, apart from finding a Kettenkrad with 3 crew and the odd bike and sidecar combo
Has anyone come across some in their travels? |

Kellys Heroes do a lovely StuG crew
I have them ready to paint for my FJ army. |

Yeah, I have some of the other FJ figures but I was not sure if these would work
I assumed they were not seated drivers. Can you describe them for me? I'm thinking I may resort to head swaps or use some of the AB drivers in field cap.

Ah
You want seated? Sorry thought you wanted tank crew. Headswops may be the best option
Cant think of any FJ drivers or seated figures off-hand. I will photo the FJ tank crew for you anyway
Nice figures. I actually bought them and got the StuGs just to use them! |

You are limited in what you can get, but here's what I know: Dixon make a pack of softskin crew (3 figs Pack G11). FAA make a Kettenkrad crew thay you may be able to use (3 figs Pack AFV4) It is interesting how limited that area is. There are a lot of AFV and Gun crews but softskin crews or seated troops are rare. |

Thanks everyone, Big P – The FJ tank crew may work out if they are not cut in half
My other option is to use solid resin vehicles! Podette – The FAA Kettenkrad was the one I came across and I may get it for variety. I have the dixon crew figures too. It is interesting that no one has covered this. I guess the perception is that FJ regiments did not use larger vehicles. The TOE for an FJ platoon shows a light car and a small truck. The drivers were part of the HQ squad. I have just been looking at the seated gunner from the AB 20mmAA FJ crew
It may just do the trick! |
