Brother Cedric has been at it again! This time Sir Alain de Sucre has descended on the village of Harbottle, where Brother Cedric's preceptory lies. Normally Sir Alain only covets the villagers' apples; their orchards are famous throughout the Border Kingdoms. However, this time he wants their baps and buns. He has heard about Griselda's ordeal with the Goblins and has learned of her skill with confectionary. Clearly Griselda kneads a hero. Can Brother Cedric rise to the occasion? Will he use his loaf and show this upper crust twit the door? All these questions and more will be answered by a swift visit to the Talomir Tales site: talomir.blogspot.com I hope you enjoy it, Ruarigh |

Nice report! For your next installment, can you insert some game mechanics and finer points to the game? Also, who makes your paper buildings, boards and dungeons? John |

The paper buildings are from WorldWorksGames. This game used the Villageworks set. I shall see what I can do about including some mechanics and finer detail, although that will require more record-keeping than we normally like to do. It is always more fun to keep the pace of the game going and then to write the narrative afterwords based on how we remember the game. |

I shall see what I can do about including some mechanics and finer detail, although that will require more record-keeping I think if you just stopped the action for one combat, one move, one rally check or whatever and sort of explained what was going on mechanically, that would be good. There is no reason to do a full play by play throughout the game. That would be painful! |
