How would I go about converting Action Stations! from 1.600 to 1.200 so that I can use my newly expanded collection of Langton CMB,s motor launches and coastal U Boats?

Has anyone else used these (rather spelendid) models for WW1 or interwar games?

We have looked at gaming coastal actions in this era many times. We always seem to come back to the conclusion that this specific type of gaming does not lend itself to tactical level actions -- a strategic game seems to be a better way to go.

I would be interested in what you are up to. If you get time post a few After Action Reports.
