Here are some photos and commentary of a game of CY6 that was played on 4/19/2009. CY6 is one of my favorite games that I have ever played.

We played a game of two Fairey Fireflys vs. two Ki-45 Nicks. I thought his was a pretty even game, the Nicks are more maneuverable and the Fireflies have more firepower. The fellow that I gamed with had played CY6 before, but this is the first miniature game that he has ever played. We played two games and switched off sides after the 1st game. The 1st game I had the Fireflies and in the 2nd I had the Nicks.

What scale aircraft?

Who makes your bases?

The planes are 1/300 scale Scotia. The bases are Forge World, I did not use the clear pegs that came with the bases, these are Litko.

OOPs. I guess I did get ahead of myself.

No worries. Made me chuckle.

I can see how it is easy to accidentally hit the wrong key…..

Nice looking bases, do you have a link where I can buy some in the states?

What is the diameter of the bases?

Thanks

You have to buy them from Forgeworld. Those are two inch hexes.
