Well done indeed!

I wonder if he has Lego Digital Designer files for those. My son would go crazy playing with that.

NoLongerAMember18 Mar 2009 9:17 a.m. PST

That is excellent, I could go wild playing with that.

I dont know that I have ever seen some of those gun turrets and gunbarrels. Im going to have to do some research.

Pat Ripley Fezian18 Mar 2009 2:26 p.m. PST

all the parts are fairly common, most will be available through bricklink. and in multiple colours too. wow great job.
i just showed my 9 year old b2 and he thought he might have to stay home from school to work on them.

Now there's some bits for scratchbuilding that I have previously been unaware of . . . The hulls are well done too. Thanks for sharing that – Must now go and price some LEgo . . . :)

Hexxenhammer18 Mar 2009 6:05 p.m. PST

The small guns on the brown tanks are gray minifig hands. The small double barreled tanks have pirate hook hands for guns.

Ingenious.

Pat Ripley Fezian19 Mar 2009 2:53 a.m. PST

the little buildings are fantastic

RebelPaul19 Mar 2009 3:25 a.m. PST

Neat!

Cool!

Awesome!

Definitely must check prices and see if additional sets are planned.

KatieL19 Mar 2009 6:38 a.m. PST

Ahhh… they've CUT some of those elements.

That's not allowed!!

Covert Walrus19 Mar 2009 7:55 p.m. PST

What are those small gun turret domes? Unless you know *exactly* what to ask, Bricklink.com has an unforgiving search system . . .

Hexxenhammer19 Mar 2009 8:03 p.m. PST

The blue ones? They're levers.

Cool, thanks Hexxenhammer . . . Will have to sit down some day and sort through to see what all this is; Very useful though just to get some of those parts, I suspect…

I was a Lego freak as a kid. Sometimes I think about how many legos I'd have if I got into them again instead of minis…

KatieL20 Mar 2009 1:53 a.m. PST

Actually I just had to get my lego collection valued for insurance purposes.

Came back as something around 175,000 elements, valuer put it at 25,000 pounds. So I guess we've found where all the money is going. Oops.

When we moved house a couple of years back, it filled two small lorries on its own…
