Dreamblade Repainted

Hundvig Fezian is not a real big fan of pre-painted minis, and he positively despises randomly-packed "collectable" ones - so why is he writing this article?

The amount of zombie miniatures being put out now are astronomical. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of all the different zombies figs currently being sold.

I would think a hoard of a thousand or so zombies from all the manufacturers would make for a stunning game.

We sell some WWWII zeds of US Airborne and SS Grenadier variety. You could use them as re-enactors for a modern day zed outbreak.

tjantzen,
It's fun playing Zombies with FG's horde.
Up to 100 different well painted zombies on the table.
Some of our earlier games before the horde was complete.

I have 15mm Zombies.. which tend to be left off most lists(mainly 28mm)

You have not seen a Horde of Zombies till you have seen 200 on the board :)

tjantzen,

That is a great site. Thanks.

The new zombies released at Cold Wars by Wargames Factory are really good.

Brigade has a line from it's carribean series that has two different packages of "Voodoo Zombies". I have some and they should be what you are looking for.

Also, look into the West Wind horror line from Old Glory. They have a pack of carribean zombies also.

thanks guys I will check those out. I was looking to do head swaps with the new plastic figures and 25mm Negro heads from Dixon but looked to be a lot of work.

Thank you guys, for all the links and images. Getting zombieized could be a blast. I had no idea that some of this stuff existed.

Are horrorclix size compatible within reason to the average 28-30mm fig? They have some cool figs that could be repainted.

Smokey Roan31 Mar 2009 7:15 a.m. PST

HorrorClix are a bit tall and thin with regular 28mm figures, but I use a few models.

And why didn't I know Blue Moon came out with 4 zombie sets???
