These photos show a Cold steel & Canister battle. Several Austrian brigades are assaulting a French force defending a Church, graveyard, and orchard. To the Austrian left a brigade of cavalry thunders past the edge of the graveyard as French cavalry counter attack. Enjoy the photos. You can see that the grids do not detract from the visual appeal of the game. This link is not from a yahoo group.

Nice. I wish you could click on the pictures and make them bigger, though…

Hi,

I had a look at CSC web page, interesting looking game. I too would like to see how grids on the terrain would change the look of the game, so the ability to enlarge the photo would be nice.

Also about when will your peninsular supplement be released.

Thanks,

John

I will see if we can alter the photos so they can be enlarged and perhaps add a few more.

John, we had planned to have several supplements completed by now however our resident peninsular expert and primary scenario designer (1/3 of the CS&C team) is currently deployed to active duty military and is no longer in the U.S. This has slowed our progress on the follow up supplements. We will have 1809 French allies supplement 1 completed prior to Historicon.

We do have an ever increasing ratings / unit capabilities table for the armies we have yet to cover with supplements available for free. This list covers the armies of the peninsular campaign without the scenarios or "bling" of the supplemental package. Players can use unit point values to purchase armies for a pick up game or use the ratings for historic battles.

I've added close up pictures to our web site at deckergames.com They're linked off the Photo Gallery tab. Unfortunately at the moment "zooming" into pictures is an web site skill I've not yet mastered…so I just used close up pictures.

Any questions, let us know!

Kevin
