The baker's daughter has been kidnapped by Goblins. The baker is unable to keep up with production without his daughter to manage the doughnut production line, so Brother Cedric must rescue her and return her to her father. The consequences of no doughnuts at the preceptory's afternoon tea meetings would be horrendous. Can Brother Cedric rescue Griselda in time? I have just posted a battle report from our game last night and a micro-review of WHAA on my blog. I hope it is of interest to some: ooh-shiny-complex.blogspot.com This is part of our frugal gaming project. Last month I painted the goblins for this game, while my buddy, Steve painted his Teutonic knights to be used as Brethren. Unfortunately, we have both been finding it hard to make time for a game this month, so we only got a game played last night. Hopefully we can meet again sooner for the next round. Cheers, Ruarigh |

Nicely done! Who knew those weedy goblins could stand so well to the Brethren? Reminds me of the time the Lady Elspeth needed escorting through the Border Kingdoms. Goblins and Ogres were positively crawling from the wood and the very ground itself (here the Baron pauses to light his pipe)
Glad you enjoyed the game. Campaign play where you can play a few games in a single sitting was one of our design goals. Now go get that girl so the Brethren may have their doughnuts of righteousness! Bob |

M`mm thanks for that, it was very interesting and I am considering getting WHAA but I am curious as to which fantasy "races" are covered. Would I be able to port over such staples as Vampires, Werewolves and other monsters from classic fantasy/mythology and pusue a Hero Quest type campaign. Thanks in advance AS |

AS Vampires and werewolves: yes Other monsters: there are plenty Hero Quest type campaign: Yes and no. I have received complaints that we did not include shopping for supplies and equipment in our game. With that small caveat though, yes, complete with random dungeon generator and AI for the inhabitants. Thank you for your interest. Bob |

I can't wait for the next installment! (I'm guessing Agent Smith was sold as soon as he saw there were two vampire lists with unique flavors, the Vampire Cult and the Feral Vampire.) |

Maybe, maybe not? Maybe it was the werewolves that sold me LOL? AS |
