Almost finished my Cold War Brits and about to start on the Soviets

I would like some advice for paint guides for 1975-1980 Cold War Soviet/warsaw Pact paint colours, for standard infantry and Armour (European), my figures are 20mm, and would prefer, GW, Vallejo or Foundry references, but am open to others

Also (Sorry) any info on organisation of units at company/Platoon level
