Great! Some of the shots liked like the real thing. Well done.

Very nice! It does look the real thing. I'm thinking about possibly building some 10mm acw armies. What brand of figures are you using? And how many figures do you have on a standard infantry base?

Thanks

Well, I don't know about that; I wasn't there. But I do spend a lot of time perusing photographs and artwork of the period, and I try to give it a bit of the right "feel". Thank you.

What brand of figures are you using?

Oops; I put that info on the title page for the set, and then posted a link that took you right past it. My fault.

They're a mix of AIM and Old Glory, with a few Perrin and Old North State thrown in.

And how many figures do you have on a standard infantry base?

They're five figures in a single rank. When my collection was mostly AIM, they were six figures in two ranks. Since I'm expanding with many Old Glory figures, which come in a strip of five, I rebased all of my AIMs that way so I could just paint up the Old Glory strips the way they were and slap them on a base.

Rifle Wars doesn't require a specific number of figures per base, nor is it particularly picky about the size of the bases, as long as they're all the same. In fact, the other Rifle Wars game pictured on my Flickr page (Gettysburg) was fought mostly with figures based for Rally Round the Flag.

Jeff,

Superb looking game as always.

I'm only sorry I had to work that weekend.
