I think that it is disappointing to here you have not heard back from BTD regarding the figures you have already paid for and have not recieved. I can never understand why customers are treated in such manner. |

Good luck waiting for a reply from BTD! I placed an order last April, got about 1/2, have contacted them several times and received promises, but am STILL waiting for the rest of the figs. Needless to say, they will never get any more business from me (especially since I have gotten 'the Business' from them…) |
