You got a lot of detail on those guys. I'm impressed. I settled for inks on mine :)

Thank you… I never really got into inks… I use them sometimes… but I must of re-painted those little devils four or five times trying to figure out how to make it look like ACU without making it look ridiculous…

What are you, rich? Basing on dimes like that…

So how did you get the results? They look really nice.

Something like that ;)….

I do a black undercoat, then a basecoat of field grey applied to leave some back showing in the recesses, then i randomly put very thin lines of german camo beige.

Holy cow, those turned out really nice! I find all of the modern "digi-cam" patterns damnably difficult but yours look great.

Nice work there really pull it off.

I like the comparison shot too. My eyes are playing tricks though. I expected to see 25mm, 20mm and 15mm and not 20mm down to 10m just goes to show. : )

thanks

Duane

Nicely done. If I were to do ACU, it would probably be just black undercoat with a light gray drybrush followed by some weird light green.

They look nice!
It took me forever to find the right colors and applictions for ACU's for my 15mm…And now I have to do MARPAT for my MEU's…crap….

Great work! I'm just about to start on my Liberation 20mm Moderns, although I am going to go with the three color desert camo. I'll be trying out some preliminary colors today.
