I've been having a lot of fun with the Axis and Allies War at Sea ships and planes. We've been running naval campaigns using the models and rules converted over to table top gaming. However, I'd like a better selection of planes. Does anyone know of a company that produces 1/900 scale aircraft for WWII?

No – 1/700 from kit manufacturers like Tamiya and Skywave are the closest you'll get.

Irregular has a few generic ones in their 2mm line which is about 1/800 or 1/900. I haven't seen them so can't say how they size up.

You could also look on ebay for the "hot jet's" series by Tsukuda. They claim to be 1/700 scale but they are most definitely not that large.

Yet again the evil empire of toy manufacturing strikes with their own unique scale choices. Seems to have been a deliberate choice on Hasbro's part to foreclose anybocy else making any money off "their" game, it is just so special.
