I sent an order to Artizan, one of my favourite figure companies, pre-xmas hoping for something good to open on the big day. Still waiting. Got paypal confirmation the same day I ordered, so no problem there. E-mail queries not replied to and can't even leave an answerphone message as the service is full. Anyone else experiencing problems? |

Go to yahoo group. They are on there every two days. They are in process of re-structuring the business. Nick at Northstar will be running the retail end of it and Mike will do the sculpting and planning. They lost someone and were a bit backed up last I heard a few days ago. |

It is more than possible the problem lies with the post office/Royal Mail rather than Artizan, good luck tracing your order though. |

Things have got a bit backed up over the holidays but all the pre Christmas orders were sent out, so it looks like it has gone missing. |

Many thanks for the reply, I was starting to worry! If nothing else I joined your yahoo group. Will keep a weather eye out for the original order and send it back should it appear. Had the same problem last xmas with a Front Rank order and the original order pitched up at the end of January. |

Dualer I wondered if your order turned up (and if so when)? I'm still waiting for a pre-Xmas one too which Mike was arranging to be done a couple of weeks ago. |
