Hello, everyone - It's been almost a year since the 2nd edition books have been available from most retailers, or the Crocodile Games site. Does anyone have any idea what's happened? There are several folks in our local group who would be interested in playing the game, but not without a rulebook. (Yes, I know they can occasionally be found on Ebay, but I'm wondering why they haven't reprinted the rules in some time.) -A. |

They just changed the expected ship date from October to March. It is funny that you posted this because I posted something up on their forum similar in what you are saying about not have a rule book available. My suggestion was that they have some sort of PDF version available through RPGnow or some other company. Well we'll see what happens but is I had to bet money on this I would bet that there will be no new rulebooks in March and they will slip again. |

The new printing (in softcover) should be available in March, according to the website: link |

The reprint is going to press at the end of this month, and we expect to have copies ready to ship in March. The new rulebook will be a softcover printing of the 2nd edition, with the current errata from the website added into the text. It has taken a bit longer to raise the capitol for a new printing than I would have liked, but we are nearly there. We'll be putting a pre-order option up on the Croc store later this week, for the customers who want to be first in line. |

Can I ask – are the Olympus playtest rules a stand alone set of rules or would I need the Wargods of Aegyptus rule book to use them ? |

You need the Aegyptus rules as well. :-( |
