I bought a Classic Express Train by Goldlok from my local Walgreen's. I paid $3.00 USD for it, I wish I had gone earlier and picked up several. it has a 2-6-2 steam engine, could be used for 28mm pul, back of beyond, WWII

Goldlok trains are also carried by the $1 USD stores. you may have paid too much. =P |

The price on these things varies greatly. A year or two ago I bought one for $10. USD I have yet to see one in a Dollar Store or Dollar General, but then again, I haven't really looked. Thanks for the info, though. I'll keep my eyes open the next time I hit Walgreens. |
