How do you all paint your drum heads? I have seen some really good looking ones out there and was just curious.

I use a "dirty white" or off white color. I do not remember why I chose it.

I use Ivory. Seems fairly close to a well beaten goat skin head.

Any ivory or off white should do it just fine. Darken (roughly) the center area of the drum head to represent the wear from drumming.
